About Me

My name is Allegra Lite and I am a native English teacher - fluent in Italian, Life Coach, Musician, Author of an International Bestseller and Founder of The Higher You and Transformational English - a Life & Language Coaching project born in England and grown with clients from all over the world.

My work is to help people reconnect with their inner strength, communicate with authenticity and live with intention, presence and freedom. After a spiritual awakening, a mission was born and having overcome great personal difficulties, I learned fundamental lessons that I now share with my clients. The experiences lived and the challenges overcome enrich my teaching that has already had a positive impact on hundreds of clients around the world.

I combine personal growth, mindset and conscious communication in transformative coaching paths, where the English language becomes a tool for evolution and not just a goal.
