We offer language and personal growth courses, including Speakspace, coaching sessions and consultations, both individual and group-based, conducted online. Our goal is to help you improve your language skills and develop your full potential.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings for our courses and services are made through the TidyCal system. Payments are processed securely through platforms such as [insert specific payment method]. Once your payment is completed, you will receive confirmation of your booking.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to receive a full refund. Changes to your booking can be made based on availability.
5. Responsibility
We are not responsible for technical issues or internet connection problems during sessions. Each participant is responsible for ensuring their internet connection and devices are adequate for online participation.
6. Refund Policy

7. Behaviour and Respect
Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour during sessions. Insults, offensive language, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on our website.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, the competent court will be that of Italy.

Refund Policy
Inglese con Potere is committed to providing a high-quality service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your session, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will only be processed if the request is justified by issues encountered during the session (e.g. technical problems). Refunds are not issued for cancellations made after the scheduled session date.
